Dear giffers/edit makers of all fandoms: it appears that the gif limit is now 3MB instead of 2MB per gif - this will make things a lot better!
(I can’t tell how often I’ve had cut layers or lower quality just to get the 2.5MB - 2.9MB gif fit to the size limits here!
