Santa - Shokugeki OC

This year was long and full of unwanted and unlucky events but in the end, it probably seems to be okay again.

During this year of horror, abusion and sexual harrasment at my previous workplace, my always happy and cheerful Shokugeki no Soma OC, Emilia Lilian Gerbeaud accompanied me and cheered me up everytime, whenever I drew her🥺🧡

I have created her in last December. My love towards Shokugeki no Soma began after the series has ended. My best friend dragged me into this Wonderland of Culinary and ecchi, spiced with hot Italian twins, and I am still in her debt for this.🤭🧡

When I have created Emilia, I didn't know the series but the characters a bit. My intension was to create a character who I could ship with Takumi. A girl, who would be to his liking. So, I created a cute, red girl with emerald eyes from Europe. A refined, extremely talented and elegant being, who is operating in the kitchen as if she would just dance the Walzer. I connected her to my homeland through a rl person, Emil Gerbeaud, a talented Chocolate master who moved to Hungary (Hungarian Kingdom back then) from Switzerland about in the beginning of the 20th century. In our country, he became famous pretty fast. He created such emblematic Chocolate desserts and sweets like the cognac cherry (konyakmeggy), Katzenzunge (macskanyelv) and the Gerbeaud cake (zserbó) as well. These sweets are also can be called symbols of Hungary, especially the Gerbeaud cake, which is a traditional Christmas cake here, and you can see them on the tray of Emilia on my drawing 🎄✨

So. Long after I have created her and getting the whole manga series for Christmas, I have found some official character profile sheets about the main characters of Shokugeki, and according that one:

Oh, well...it accidentally fits. Not to mention his interest towards art. Emilia has only one hobby: art (painting). So, I think God was on my side when I tried to guess, what girl he possibly could like^^"

This sweet strawberry girl is always my happiness bomb through the gloomy or long working days. I hope she can bring you joy as well and some merry Christmas 🎄🎅
