Today's #GoodNeighborDay and I've told my neighbors to expect that I'll be testing out some new recipes! Here's another cake pic from my recent research "work"/pleasure trip to Hungary (see more with hashtag #KZ2021🇭🇺 ) I love the Hungarian cakes... Lots of interesting flavors. The one on the right is a cheesecake made with farmer's curd cheese with a bit of apricot inside. The one on the right is the famous "zserbo" which is the hungarian spelling for the French word Gerbeaud , named after the famous cafe, where i had the cake. The #zserbo is layers of sugar crust with walnut filling and apricot jam with chocolate on top.
