It seems like the children in Naruto are already expert at Japanese if we take a look at the way they interact with others.

It makes sense if there're no maths, natural science, social science, etc from real life knowledge (but I still think basic maths and natural science like biology and medicine do exist here because how do they count? How do they know about deep knowledge in anatomy? How do they know about medicine and disease? Konoha has advanced hospital, doesn't it? Besides, the Chūnin exam paper seems to have some elements of physics and maths).

Well, whatever possibilities, it's still essential to make the Japanese subject exist there to know how the kids can read, write, and speak things in their own mother tongue.

Maybe some things like Kakashi having a Sharingan and the Uchiha massacre were hushed up, and Naruto not having anyone speak to him would not have known....But the chunin exams?

Held once a year, and you guys never noticed anything going on in that big stadium? While at the academy, they learned about the ranks but were never told how to achieve those ranks?

Was Sasuke never told when itachi took the exam? Did he not ask questions about it? If Fugaku took itachi to witness the war, I doubt he'd have a problem dragging sasuke to the chunin finals...I mean Hiashi took Hanabi to see Neji's match.

Also, ninja or not, a village is a village, therefore gossip is a thing. People would talk about this!
