But 3 to 5 poles, a floaty platform-ish if needed, & a receiver for mesh networks for extremely long range radiowave signals. If it can be used both ways, then you only need to know distance of refraction of radiowaves in atmosphere for a well past the horizon intra network system to work at extremely high bandwidths. Phasing says this creates up to a Terra-byte. But I mean, 100s of megabytes is good too, the raspberry pi, sadly, is the bottleneck here. This became something that gets around needing ISP if it could be scaled correctly.
multi-point broken apart, like with session & others, packets that are encrypted & use timing & error corrected doubling/more packets to fool standard snooping is great, better still if they are changed at every bounce & split & look like random noise. The one point its intended for sees only the correct stuff & you can use, luckily, radiowaves to bounce off of most of the bigger company dishes without them having it change their signal integrity & our binary. Of course them getting wise to it means you have to phase it more & use their output to make it get corrected, through wave interference, into the correct signals on their end.
Now you get ghost levels of never get seen. They'd have to show their work to prove its you.
20k isn't small amounts of money, but a few of these put together isn't even needed for the above, but it does allow for you to cover a whole city, buildings are lenses & so are their ac lines & power lines. 20k makes a lot of bounces. You become able to beam split their wave lengths & then can use their own internet without paying, through pure analog phreaking baby.
Now, encrypted & impossible to track "invisible" networks can be made to hook into isp networks free of charge.... Ish. You do have to pay to have one of these, & honestly, still need a way to gain radiowaves another way if you wanted to use the new hidden network without it. That requires a good amount of technical knowledge. But, pushing your own paid for internet to another place, like camping, & you only need a good pole & balloon, well isn't that genuinely better than trying to use something else? Yes, yours is encrypted & better than theirs, most likely. Get wrecked needing expensive equipment, muahahahahaaaaa!
