I have had a shit few weeks, it's been bloody horrendous. My motorbike was stole at the end of September from my now ex workplace while I was working. The following day on the 1st of October my now ex boss decided to say at 4pm, "today is your last day". Didn't give me a weeks notice which he legally has to, so I have been a weeks wages down. Also my mother was diagnosed terminal with cancer and has up to 2 years to live. She's been steadily recovering, but it's just gotten worse. Funny because my father in law is great friends with my now ex boss and seems to be taking his side on things, despite him lying through his teeth. I sent him an email earlier this evening to say I've spoken with ACAS and that I want my owes wages. I got a text which I haven't read which says he's upset. Like I give a rats ass if he's upset. He sacked me kn the spot for no reason and acted like a little bitch, lying about what I was doing wrong. I have a temporary new job until November 2nd, but I can't stand it. It's such a stressful, toxic environment. I don't like the people there at all and it's finally all been getting to me. If it wasnt for @multiplicityandme "Jess"and the boys, I don't know where I'd be right now. I think I'd have probably disappeared somewhere and not come back. I owe them so much right now. Jess and the boys gave me my birthday present early too. I turn 26 on October 19th. They got me a much needed piece if lot for my mechanics work, a brilliant engine code reader. This is such s thoughtful and wonderful gift, I absolutely love it. It'll help my career so much, but will also help me earn some money on the side too 😊 I'm thankful for the lovely people around me, I really am.
