(a little late, but I couldn't not do something for @aqg-arts Warframe Pride Month)

They think I do this for them, to bend my knee and kiss their rotten blue feet. They think I chose to undergo such a torturous process so that I may serve. Little do they know they mean nothing to me. Not the Golden Lords. Not the Executors. Not those so Veiled out of their minds that they forget what reality is.

No, I do it for her and her alone. My beloved. My Saviour. My Unum.

She thinks of me as her protector. Her Guardian tasked with the duy of keeping her safe. But it is not a duty at all; it is a privilege. A blessing to be in her presence, a blessing to have her words grace my ears. Any task she gives is an invitation to serve. Because there is no better way to demonstrate my love than to give myself freely. In life, and especially in death.

And today is the day she demands it. The Sentients have discovered her secret and seek to convert her power for their own use, to undo what the Void has done to them.
