種から育てたホーリーバジルが、ガパオを作れる程の量に育ちました。 実は収穫は2度目、その他タイバジルやレモンバジルでも同様にガパオ（風ライス）を作ってみたけど、個人的にはタイバジルを使ったものが好みかな？😋

今日はお弁当いらない日だった。 なので自分のお昼ご飯に。家でお弁当食べるもの悪くない！ 上にのせる目玉焼きを上手く焼けたので、ちょっと嬉しい。 ・ガパオごはん＋目玉焼き ・紫キャベツと大根のサラダ ・菜の花のおひたし
ベランダのプリッキーヌ（唐辛子）は、ぼちぼち実もつきだしましたが、収穫した実が全然辛く無くて、もしや違う種類か？とも思ったけど、どうも今までは実が若すぎるうちに収穫していたみたいです。昨日は中指大ほどに成長するのを待って収穫したら、明らかに辛くなってました！ ガパオライスを作って確認。少しだけど、これもベランダで採れたタイバジルとレモンバジル混ぜてあります 😋
