Idk who to ask this but could I listen to the Gallifrey audios without having watched the Tom Baker era? I know who Leela and Romana are but I've never seen their episodes.
Yeah you definitely can, the only one I’d recommend is the invasion of time since that shows you leelas departure when she decides to stay on gallifrey, but honestly you’d be fine without watching that if you didn’t want to
Matthias: I think we should tax all bad things. Like racism and women’s vaginas.
Romana: We’re not taxing anyone’s genitals.
Matthias: Then what the hell are we all doing here?
I think Narvin is functionally agender, but there’s a world out there where he actually spends time thinking about it and ends up as a woman
Romana is a time lord and doesn’t have time for this shit (importantly this is an entirely different thing from Narvin being agender)
Leela is a relatively normal woman by her societies standards, but not by modern earth human standards
Brax is cosplaying at human man gender and doing a solidly mediocre job at it, he thinks he’s doing a good job though
Romana and Leela: *enter the room* Narvin: You did it. Leela: No, we didn’t! Romana: We didn’t do it! Leela: What didn’t we do?

Does Resistance contradict Damned If You Don't?
Short answer, no. And you don't even have to do any timeline puzzling for it!
Because we don't actually know when the majority of Damned If You Don't is set. We know a couple things that help narrow it down to somewhere between Homecoming and Transference (Eris and Narvin are with the Resistance, Narvin is not too horribly depressed).
But, we've been assuming it's set at the end of the war? Yeah, and so have I. But listening closely, there is actually a timeskip at the end. Yes, Narvin speaks about facing the Moment and the end of the war but only in that last bit. And that part doesn't contradict anything we know so far:
And that is how my resistance cell survived the Last Great Time War. Ultimately, it's how, after so many more battles, betrayals, and losses, after all that has passed, we find ourselves here and now. Facing -well, facing the Moment, the nexus on which all our futures depend. Yeah, all things considered, today I'm glad to be a survivor, that I might actually see the end of this nightmare. I just need to know one thing. Now that this time war is finally coming to an end. Tell me, where is Leela?
This tells us two things only: Narvin is alive on the last day of the war, and on that same day Leela is missing.
[During Renaissance) Romana: What are you doing here? Leela: I'm coming with you! Romana: Did you bring your rollerblades? Leela: [holds up her blades] I literally go nowhere without them!
Re listening to early Gallifrey will never not give me whiplash because I always forget how much I’m a little twat Narvin is 😭
