Well, after 84 years, here’s a very long-awaited OC intro post 😅:
Name: Marina Scout
Fandom: Severance
Birthday: June 11th, 2007
Family/Relationships: Mark Scout (father), Gemma Scout (mother), Devon Scout-Hale (aunt), Ricken Hale (uncle), Eleanor Scout-Hale (cousin), June Kilmer (best friend/love interest)
Faceclaim: Brianne Tju
Bio: A couple years after realizing they couldn’t biologically have kids, Mark and Gemma adopted Marina, the light of their lives. A few years later, however, Gemma is presumed dead, and Mark is thrust into being a single father, a role he never wanted.
Over the years, their relationship floats turbulently along, punctuated by fights when their grief bubbles into anger, but also love, tight hugs, when the grief settles into sadness. Though Mark taking a job at Lumon sure doesn’t help, and the more time passes, the more Marina feels her father slipping away from her.
Then at 15, she strikes up a friendship (and then something else too) with June, a girl whose father took a job at Lumon and hasn’t been seen in weeks, and she finds herself drawn into an age-old conspiracy about what Lumon really is, what they want…
…and who they’ve hurt.
