My second piece for the @douxiezine ! Most of you may have seen this before from the netflix fan spotlight. Big thanks to the other mods @inhonoredglory and @spellcasterdouxie for doing so much for this zine and bringing it to life! And all the amazing artists and writers too!

Not try a say I’m an artist but like…..

I rewatched this scene and saw this little Douxie part. After all he went trough, after all he lost, he is still able to smile and cheer up. Even though I hate ROTT (mostly) and still don't get why Douxie had such a short and (exept for the body swap part) unspectacluar screentime, I still love him (and problably will never stop). He faced heartbreak, he lost Nari and Archie and STILL fights for his friends and for this world. He faces hell smiling, knowing that it could be over soon.

Somehow I get the "show must go on" (from Queen) vibes.

I'll face it with a grin I'm never giving in On with the show

Whatever happens, it is his burden - his show - to bear. He HAS to give it all. No matter what.

My first piece for the @douxiezine ! This was such a wonderful thing to be apart of with so many amazing artists and writers! I loved exploring Douxie's character as an apprentice. This piece was particularly inspired by Teny's sketches of little Douxie!
