Yesterday's dinner comprised of homemade eggrolls:) This particular batch is veggie with one cheese roll (for good luck) 3 rolls add up to about 175-200 depending on what you put in them. Ill put all of mine at 182, counting the cheese one to have the most calories out of all 3. 170 calories per 3 wraps. 35g of Carbs so you can honestly enjoy these guilt free! I fried mine in coconut oil on the stove. 6 minutes for each roll was good. Enjoyed with sirracha (i will never spell that right w.o looking it up) and ginger paste both spread inside the rolls and a mix of the hot sauce & paste. Enjoy how ever you choose and know you're beautiful for feeding your body mind & spirit
