These Coffee Oreo Fudge Ice Cream Pops are a delightful combination of coffee-infused creamy ice cream studded with chunks of Oreo cookies, all dipped in rich fudge sauce. They are perfect for a refreshing treat on a hot day or as a fun dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups brewed coffee, chilled. 1/2 cup condensed milk. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 12 Oreo cookies, crushed. 1/2 cup fudge sauce.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine chilled brewed coffee, condensed milk, and heavy cream. Mix well. Add crushed Oreo cookies to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed. Pour a spoonful of fudge sauce into each popsicle mold. Fill the molds with the coffee-Oreo mixture, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely set. Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles easily. Serve and enjoy!
