#fu 2016

Because this year definitely sucked, but it wasn't terrible on a personal level (at least for me), and we need to see the good, too. • I started working in a school again! • After starting to work in a school again, I transferred to a school I like even more, and it's also a full time position. • We moved into a new, larger, nicer home with a better landlord. • I've been officially accepted into a program to get my teaching degree, with tuition paid! • My grandparents moved and now live much closer to me, and now both my parents, 2/3 of my siblings, and all four of my grandparents live in the same town only a couple hours away. • My indestructible snake plant proved once again that I cannot kill it, even if I kill all the other plants. (It's immortal, I swear.) • I celebrated three years of being married to the man I love. • I joined Weight Watchers to try to become a healthier person. • I've lost 40 pounds thanks to that choice, and eat lots more fresh fruits and veggies then I used to. • I learned I love Stephen King. • Ghostbusters came out. • Stuart Semple created the Pinkest Pink and a fight with Anish Kapoor. • My own art is on display in a local gallery for the first time here in Omaha. I'll add more as I think of them as the night goes on.
