Oh Ft. Benning. How I haven't missed you. At least the hotel gym, although small, has a nice treadmill and free weights.

1 year ago today my boyfriend left for 4 months for army infantry boot camp. I cried and cried and cried and wrote him a letter a day until he came back. It truly is mindblowing to me how much time fucking flies and how different our lives are now and how much more mature the both of us are. Such a happy nostalgia feeling I've got going on rn. I miss waiting for the mailman everyday to see if I got a letter, and the pure joy I felt when I did get one. (Sometimes I got 2 in one day and I'd nearly pass out). But I don't miss missing him lol. Him being gone sucked such dick, but it was amazing at the same time. Again, I legit cannot believe it's been a fucking year. The two times I traveled down to Georgia to visit him was probably the happiest I've ever been. Seeing him after all those months is just as emotional as you'd think it'd be. And to all y'all that didn't think we would survive through boot camp... kiss my big fat ass😉
