Gonna start posting my Chronicle & NPC/SPC ideas, because I think with the AuDHD, things don't really exist / are too likely to be scrapped if I'm the only one who knows about them

Chronicle Name: New Orleans by Night: City of Wicked Dreams
System: VtM v5 with some things from VtM v20 infused in for flavor. Might expand to also have WtA w5 ((either as one-shots or maybe alternating every so often to give differant PoVs of what's going on? Maybe?? TBD)
-> The Hecata is both a Sect and a Clan. The Sect is made up of all the bloodlines that were merged into the Clan in v5. The merger is still happening, but it is a gradual process instead of overnight like in the book. Players can chose to be the generic Hecata or one of the Unique Bloodlines that may have alternate Disciplines or Clan Banes.
-> Some of the non-Hecata v20 Variant Bloodlines such as the Telyavelic Tremere & the Serpents of the Light (Setite/Ministry) will be available as options. Players who feel very strongly about a bloodline not listed as available can discuss it with me, but there's like 29 options currently (compared to the 16 normal choices in v5)
-> Generally leaning into the Beckoning & Second Inquisition and other threats that make older vampires much more rare in the day-to-day goings on of Vampire Society & unlike White Wolf/Paradox I'm including NPCs in this restriction not just Players. The Hecata being seemingly immune to the Beckoning is a huge part of their rise as a new Sect
-> The Sabbat still exists, it's just a lot weaker just like the Camarilla & Anarchs are after the Beckoning and external threats and clans reshuffling (i.e. Most of the younger Lasombra leaving the Sabbat for the Camarilla), so everyone is still more or less equal still
Who's in Charge?: The Hecata (As a Sect) with a fragile peace balanced three-ways between local Anarchs and Camarilla
Positions of Power: Kind of a blend between the Camarilla & the Anarchs but with a French/Cajun flair to fit the city
-> Prince/Baron = Patron (Boss)
-> Seneschal = Premier (Prime as in Prime Minister) Typically reserved for the head of the local Camarilla & Anarchs as kind of concession to maintain the peace
-> Harpy = Commère (Gossip/Busybody/Godmother)
-> Sheriff = Chevalier (Knight)
-> Hound = Tayau (Bloodhound)
-> There is no Primogen, instead following the Anarchs with more of a focus on Coteries/Gangs/Krewes (Crews) rather than Clans. They must all have a designated leader or representative who is required to attend the equivalent to Elysium at least once every three months.
Central/Reoccurring Themes:
-> Something ancient lays dormant, sealed beneath the water
-> The barriers between the mortal world and spirit world are thin and fraying, tearing at the edges
-> An unknown, powerful force has been present since before the city's founding. It influences Kindred and Kine alike, like an aura of madness it can amplify their emotions and desires many times over
-> The spirits of the dead are awakening, drawn into a frenzy by an unknown hand
