Description: In Philadelphian folklore, Frog Kid was a half-frog, half-boy creature, that escaped a mental hospital in upstate Pennsylvania. According to legend, one can avoid “Froggy” by leaving him an offering of eggs, crab, or ham soaked in rum. Not related to another Philadelphian cryptid, the Man-Cheetah.
