6 of 7. "goals" Enjoy The Moment. I'm not always the best at this. I'm a planner by nature. I can catch myself speeding through. Lost in my thoughts and missing what's going on. When I'm in a garden or standing in the woods I want to be sure to breath it in. Study the details. Stop for a moment. Remember to laugh (like when my Joe says something funny or my dog does something doofy). That's a thing for me. Remembering to laugh. Sometimes my brain is busy thinking of something else and I register what my Joe says but don't react. I miss out of some of the best moments because when I do pay attention he really does make me laugh so deeply. And that always grows my love for him. When my dog is doofy helps me not get irritated or annoyed at other times. Really it's a lot of focus on good moments because I can tend to be so busy being busy that I shadow those but the small annoying moments are never ignorable so then with lack of balance I blow up and this is negative to my dog, my partner, the cashier at the store, myself. It really is the little things.
