What charm! Historic home in Marietta, Pennsylvania used to be the White Swan Pub between 1765-1810. Over the centuries this property has served as an inn/tavern, a pub, and private residence.

There’re so many original features still here.

Look at the cobblestone floors.

I like how they did the kitchen modernization.

This is so lovely, painted the traditional colors of the period.

Of course, someone could live here, or it can used for guests. Double fireplaces and such a large area, it includes a sitting room.

All that remains of the former art deco Hotel Marrickville (1939). Once a thriving old pub, until it closed as a boozer and was sold off to local business interests in 1984. Been a mish-mash of shops and offices ever since. Marrickville.
