My second #hammer I've ever made. Weighing in right at 3 lbs. I'm very fond of this style of hammer. Simple, yet pleasing. I'm letting the sika cure some more tonight and then I'll oil and torch the handle tomorrow with a final acetone cleanup on the hammer to get the sika all the way off. #forgedhammer #forgeyourworld #forginghammer #blacksmith #blacksmithtools #blacksmithhammer

Gave a quick test run this morning of my new @saignc thor designed hammer. I will have to admit, his handle design will take some getting used to, but that isn't a bad thing. It fits my #forging grip well. It performs fantastic and I mean fantastic. I got the 3 lb version. This is 5/8" square tapered with a curl, then shouldered, then tapered again and finally the peen was used to spread the material. It did awesome.
