Look. I’m not trying to be dramatic...okay, I am, but hear me out!

Networking for women sucks. It’s awkward, cold, clout-chasey, MLM schemes.

Everything feels like a game you’re supposed to pretend isn’t happening. Most “professional spaces” either ignore you, use you, or expect you to flatten yourself down into a neat little sellable concept.

And if you don’t? You’re dismissed. “Too messy.” “Too intense.” “Too much.”

But I’m telling you something is different on Tumblr. Something’s still alive here, I’ve gained 200 followers in the last two weeks, not because I played the algorithm game but because I screamed!!!

Tumblr is the last true blogging space left. And it’s full of brilliant, haunted, powerful, unfiltered women. Women who draw, write, post about ghosts, bleed their hearts out in tags, create fandom , remember every line of a movie no one respects, and stitch new culture out of scraps.

Imagine what we could do if we actually organized. Not in the corporate, blue-check way. I mean zines, I mean cult blogs, collaborative worldbuilding, alt press, digital archives, chaotic salons, underground reviews, self-published books and games and essays and art drops and weird shit that has no home except what we build for it.

Men want us isolated,men want us jealous, men want us exhausted!

And most of all men want us apologizing for being loud.
