I got a tooth extracted today. I can share a pic later if you all want to see. 😏But the entire time, I was thinking how grateful I was for yoga. I was doing yoga breathing pretty much the entire time, especially when he brought the scalpel out. 😲 I probably started doing Ujjayi breathing because he looked at me and asked if I was ok...um...yea...I'm just over here breathing.
