So. Tired. First it was Nate's class party - yes, they had their Valentine's party today instead of Wednesday, then nobody told me that softball had moved locations as far as their fields went. Sue me, I was out of town when they started practicing and promptly got the flu after that. Nobody informed me of that critical change. So here I sit and Emily's game hasn't started yet. I'm totally drained. All I want to do is curl up and sleep. And maybe eat a little bit. I had *A* big-ish chick-fil-a nugget, 2 mini cupcakes and 4 cucumber slices earlier at the class party and was stuffed. Now, my stomach is just angry at that earlier tease. This recovery stuff is for the birds. While I'm not contagious, I still have all the chest congestion, coughing and all the associated stuff that goes along with that. I'll be sad if I can't take Nate to the rugby game tomorrow. I might as well go join the rest of the parents, as the game is about to start.
