“Do you remember - how it feels to be young? Do you remember - that you can be anyone?” - Song: “Feels Great”, by Cheat Codes Day 2: Started out another day positively and with my new daily routine. With the help of Kit Volcano’s fabulous coaching (@butchofwands), we were able to troubleshoot my previous routine and talk through why I was having a hard time sticking to it each day. Kit was able to help me narrow it down and create a more manageable and effective version - to then have the ability to work my way up and add things as I’m ready and have this one down solid. 💪🏼 Thank you soooooo much!! And thank you too for reminding me to celebrate, dance and play again!! 😄💙🌱✨ We all have challenges in our life - that’s a given and a fact of life. I had gotten myself stuck in a rut of feeling down and depressed, irritable, and frustrated, and have been putting way too much pressure on myself and haven’t much been moving forward - allowing my surgery and insurance “set backs” to be my excuse holding me back from doing so. I had forgotten to be present and celebrate and enjoy the little things and the love surrounding me. Well, pft. Today, I choose happiness again. And I am committed to keep choosing it again and again each and every day. Will I feel down and flustered, stressed and frustrated at times? Of course I will - that’s human and that’s natural. What I can do in those times is be aware and present, feel through the emotions, and recognize that I don’t have to live in them. Those feelings do not have to own me as my state of being the way I’ve been allowing them to for months now. I can choose happiness. And I’m going to keep working on really taking care of myself, gosh darnit! Haha! 😝😋🤗💪🏼💙🌱✨ And as always - thank you all sooooooo much for your love and support!! I love you!! 🤗🤗🤗 P.s.
