This Breakfast Baked Potato with Egg is a hearty and satisfying breakfast option. It combines a perfectly baked potato with creamy eggs, crispy bacon, and cheesy goodness. It's a wholesome and flavorful way to start your day.
Ingredients: 1 large russet potato. 2 eggs. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 2 tablespoons chopped green onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray or olive oil.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C. Use a paper towel to dry the russet potato after giving it a good scrub. Use a fork to make a few holes in the potato. Use cooking spray or a little olive oil to rub the potato. Add pepper and salt. Prick the potato with a fork and put it right on the oven rack. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until it's soft. Do something else while the potato is baking: cook the bacon over medium-low heat until it gets crispy. Take it out and break it up. Put away. Take the potato out of the oven when it's done and let it cool for a few minutes. To make room for the eggs, cut off the top third of the potato and scoop out some of the flesh. Add an egg to each potato hole, season with salt and pepper, and top with cheddar cheese shreds. Put the stuffed potatoes back in the oven and bake for another 12 to 15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still a little runny. When you take it out of the oven, add the bacon bits and green onion pieces. Serve right away, and enjoy your tasty baked potato for breakfast!

Learn how to make the perfect scrambled eggs that are creamy, fluffy, and full of flavor. These eggs are great for breakfast, brunch, or any time you crave a delicious and satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 4 large eggs. 2 tablespoons butter. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons milk optional.
Instructions: Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them until the whites and yolks are well mixed. If you want to season the eggs, add a pinch of salt and pepper. If you want the eggs to be creamier, you can also add 2 tablespoons of milk. Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until it foams up but doesn't brown. After beating the eggs, pour them into the pan and wait a few seconds. The eggs will start to set around the edges. Use a spatula to gently stir the eggs and move them from the edges to the middle. Keep stirring every now and then, letting the raw eggs move to the edges. Cook the eggs until they are done the way you like them. If you want soft, creamy scrambled eggs, take them off the heat while they are still a little runny. The pan's residual heat will keep cooking them. If you want, you can add more salt and pepper to the scrambled eggs before serving them hot.

Frittata di Cipolle, also known as Onion Frittata, is a simple but tasty Italian dish that can be eaten for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner. A sprinkle of Parmesan cheese takes the fluffy eggs to the next level. Caramelized onions give them a sweet and savory taste. This recipe is easy to make and gives you a full meal any time of the day.
Ingredients: 4 large eggs. 2 medium onions, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, warm up the olive oil. Slowly cook the onions until they get soft and caramelized, about 15 to 20 minutes after you add them. Add pepper and salt. Grate the Parmesan cheese and beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the beaten egg mixture to the onions that have been caramelized in the pan. Over low heat, move the edges of the frittata around every so often with a spatula to let the raw eggs move below. Step 5: Finish the frittata. The edges should be set and the middle should be mostly firm but still a little runny. Warm up your oven's broiler grill. For two to three minutes, or until the top of the frittata is golden brown and set, put the pan under the broiler. Take the skillet out of the oven carefully. If you want, sprinkle it with fresh parsley and let it cool for a few minutes. Take the frittata and cut it into wedges. Serve it hot. Have fun!
