If you're looking for a warm dessert in the fall, these vegan maple-glazed pumpkin spice donuts are the best choice. They're fluffy, flavorful, and so delicious you can't stop eating them!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg. 1/4 tsp ground cloves. 1/4 tsp ground ginger. 1/2 cup pumpkin puree. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Prepare a donut pan by greasing it. Mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger in a large bowl with a whisk. Add the almond milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract to a different bowl and mix them together until everything is well mixed. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together until they are just barely mixed. Do not mix too much. Put the batter into a piping bag or a ziplock bag that has had one corner cut off. Put a lot of batter into the donut pan that has been prepared. Put it in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Take the donuts out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes in the pan. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way through. 1 cup of powdered sugar and 2 to 3 tablespoons of maple syrup should be mixed together until the glaze is smooth. Once the donuts are cool, dip them into the glaze and let any extra glaze drip off. After glazing, put the donuts back on the wire rack to cool. Have fun with your vegan pumpkin spice donuts with maple glaze!
