Instructions: Warm up a big pan with olive oil over medium-low heat. It will take about two to three minutes of cooking after adding the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cut up the sweet potatoes and put them in the pan. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they start to turn brown. Season the Brussels sprouts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, if you're using it, and then add them to the pan. Stirring every now and then, cook for another 8 to 10 minutes, until the sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts are soft. If you need to, change the seasonings and serve hot.
