Why I Love It: When I came across this story, I read all six chapters in one go.
Superbly constructed, it moves. If you are unfamiliar with the myth it borrows from, as I was, the tale it weaves is so intriguing, trying to figure out what will happen next is so much a apart of the fun of reading it. Things are not as they seem. You begin this story feeling one way, and end it having changed your mind twice over.
It’s fun, sexy, mysterious, and angsty. It’s a quick read, but once you reach the end, you really won’t want it to be over. The author has made this the first installment of a series of works (Give me Nashuri, any Nashuri, and I will show you how the root of Nashuri is Greek) and I REALLY hope the other installments come sooner rather than later!
