Nah, I am not gonna give them the benefit of the doubt in any way, shape, or form. Ignorance implies a lack of knowledge. They know. They fucking know they are being shitty and racist and they just don’t care. They are happy to stay in their little bubble, patting themselves on the back, telling the same story over and over about how Sanders was going to save the fucking day, but “__________ (fill in marginalized group of choice) ruined his chances.” I liked Sanders, but let’s be real here. There were a shit ton of factors that resulted in him not getting the nomination and blaming people of color is a crock of shit and a failure to understand the political climate of our country.
White people like to pretend that all this unrest is new, that all this fear is new. It’s not. It may be new to straight cis white people, but anyone who lives outside that knows what it is like to be afraid of their government and to not know who they can trust. So yeah, I am going to call out other white people and I am definitely going to keep calling out other white feminists because they have historically failed marginalized women. White feminism has been built on the back of women of color and it’s got to fucking stop.

I would advise you to go to HR because of your hostile work environment, but that doesn't seem to be working. It's there somewhat up the chain you can go? The state EEOC?
