People keep asking me how I lost so much weight and they should see this. I gave up many times. I just get back on the horse as soon as I realized my mistake and try again. I try to eat better and exercise this is 2 1/2 years of work. October 2015-now. Before I said 3 years of work but I was mistaken. I thought I had stared January 2015 but it wasn't till October of 2015. I'm not on some crazy diet plan or going to the gym every day. I'm a mom of 3, soon to be 4 when my step daughter moves in, I don't have time for that! I watch my calories and such with MyFitnessPal, I have a misfit flash (only $15 on eBay) that I use to make sure I hit my fitness goals, and I have a twice daily workout routine my physical therapist set up. It takes 45 minutes to an hour twice a day. It can be hard to find time for it and sometimes I have to do it while trying to keep kids busy but I MAKE time for it. If you're looking for some easy trick to do it, you won't be happy with what you find. It takes hard work and more dedication than you would think possible for yourself.
