With OCR season almost at the end for 2017, I’ve been evaluating my fitness and eating plans. With doing 20+ races this year, I feel like I got way too used to “carb loading” during race weeks. Planning on getting the carb intake down. Plus I want to step up my training, there’s goals I left out there this year that I want to accomplish. Need to get faster as well as work on my carries, too many races I’d watch people pass me on the bucket brigade. Looking forward to making myself uncomfortable! 🤡👍🏽👍🏽 . This weekend I'm heading back to Killington Vermont, looking to be able to conquer the Tarzan obstacle this time. Last year this was my 1st Spartan Beast race and it took me 7 hours to complete it.
