I’m running the Savage Race Pro Blitz wave this Sunday. So today I was doing lots of hangs and grip work in the gym. . . I’ve never run the Pro wave before, so I’m not too concerned with my time. My goal is just to keep my band, which means I need to be able to complete every obstacle. Won’t be easy, they have some tough rigs.
