I find the fitbit logging my sleep to be really interesting. I thought mine was okay until I compared it with a friend who says she sleeps like a log every single night. Hers has no pink “awake” times at all and only two or three light blue “restless” times! I think the reason I always feel so tired is because of all that time that I spend during the night being restless.
Does anyone else have the same problem? Or have you got other opinions on it? Let me know!?

My sleep wasn't great last night
Getting really tired of this. Also I don’t know what happened on Wednesday, other than I did not tap my fitbit into sleep mode at 5am… I use to work for a music channel on TV and often I would have to do the night shift, which meant I finish at 3 and only get home and in bed for about 3:30. After I started my new job I was still staying up until 3am, so I guess now I’ve managed to pull it back to 2am I might eventually get tired and want to sleep around 11pm by the end of the year.
