Heavy Food
Ugh, guys. I ate a rich, heavy brownie before my workout. It was about a half an hour before and the brownie was no larger than a deck of cards. Oh boy did it make me sick to my stomach though. The brownie it's self was not a bad choice. When I ate it compared to when I exercise was. You can have these things in moderation, it was the first bake product I've had since Memorial Day weekend. It's all about moderation not exclusion, just wait a few hours before or after a workout to have it.

Sorry I haven't been updating guys! (At least you know I won't be annoying.) I've been in a funk where I don't want to do anything healthy, but I've been pushing through, even if it's been weak. I've only been working out maybe 3 times a week and I've been eating a lot of junk :S, but I'm not taking anymore shit from myself. I'm going to be working out five times a week again. Along with loading up on veggies. I'm considering making a Youtube channel of me exercising and vloging but Idk. It will be a lot better than I do on here. For some reason I'm always excited to have the camera turned on me. Although it will be very raw because I probably won't do any editing. Anyway, I just had a great workout, fitnessblender has my favorite workouts on Youtube, but I'm a little prejudice because I've only used maybe only three different Youtube exercise channels. I'm excited about the exercise I did today, and plan on doing it again tomorrow!
So, I decided to start from day 1 from that May Ladies Fitness Challenge. That was yesterday. I still wasn't feeling good until then, and because I was feeling so crappy I went to the doctors Friday. When they weighed me I lost 6 pounds, from my previous exercising!! (Sorry to all my friends who use the metric system, I don't know how to convert.) I thought I'd lose 3 pounds maybe, but I lost twice that! I have to remind myself that I can't measure my success by the weight I drop but by how healthy I am & inches lost. Still, with a background of weight loss being the measurement to success of a diet, it is satisfying.
