Dinner tonight consisted of fresh salmon fillets marinaded in a combination of olive oil, honey, garlic, chilli flakes, soy sauce, parsley and fish sauce. Baked in the oven for 30 minutes they tasted beautiful. For the best effect I’d suggest leaving the fillets to marinade over night. If you have a vacuum packer put them into one of the bags with the sauce and seal them tightly.
