These moves are the ones I used consistently until I got strong enough to a full pull up . Repeat each superset x 3 . Superset 1 - seated pull up x20 - horizontal pull up x12 . Superset 2 - lat pull downs x12 - front lying bench rows x12 . Finisher - as many pull ups as possible { add a looped band around your knees until you can perform an unassisted pull up} .
