Only did my morning movement twice last week but played lots of pickleball and helped move my office for three days with close 15,000 steps every day.
I'm not sure if the measurement this week or last week is wrong, but it shows I lost 8.6 lbs. So down to 314.8. Which if accurate is a massive fucking weightloss in one week.

Here we are again starting over. Just can't seem to make anything stick. But I gwhilenon vacation i made a goal to get back under 300. I snore waaaay to fucking bad. I dont snore as bad when under 300 so. I found a light exercise that I think will get me started and I woke up on time. Then guess what!? I git a beach body anniversary notification I forgot all about that and have it done it in awhile but there it was telling me.bit was set to remind me to renew and if though I dont use it I forgot to turn it off. Maybe it's fate this time?
Well I did my light exercise. It very simple just some movement for 5 minutes. Going to do it everyday this week. That's the goal. First day down.
Motivation: I weighed myself for the first time in a few years. So dissappointed it thought I would be 320 and I was 327. Fuck getting just under 300 is going to be a huge giant antics goal. But fuck it is embarrassing. Maybe it's just what I need to push myself. I dont like it!
Wellnits didn't go great probably got half of them in. I need to set an hourly alarm and hopefully I'll have better luck
Well I feel like I might have a little bit of willpower back. If anything because winter is ending and spring is coming. I am big again and haven't done anything in awhile. I'm going to start with 10 bodyweight squats every hour during work. Did my first set. Going to do thos all week. When I do it I'll think of adding to it next week.
Knee and ankle are very sore this morning but there is no swelling and very little bruising. Maybe elevating it last night helped. I was proud of myself, I got up and did my back and Biceps workout just no side lunges today until that ankle and knee feel stronger.
Forgot to turn my alarm back on after memorial day and luckily got up at 6 so I didn't miss work but I did miss my workout. I was going to workout after-work and in a way o did just not my plan. I played pickleball instead. So way more cardio then I was going to do and it was fun.

Had a talk with the wife this weekend and my motivation is high right now. Maybe this can be the spark I needed. Got in my normal chest and Triceps workout and added to exercises I want to do everyday. Side lunges and pulse squats. Basically this is for pikleball movement. I think I want to add pushups to the every day list but I think I'll do these and work challenges.
Fuck it seems like I'm always starting over lately. Finished my hesy/Triceps workout diet do one of the exercises but at least I did some. I also raised the weight on the chest exercise to be more challinging
Wasn't my full chest and Triceps workout but upped the weights and it definitely was hard and changed the intensity.
Motivation just isn't there. Not for working out anyway. I was able to get up but only did the shoulder part of my workout. Hopefully I can get up tomorrow and do legs.
Was unable to get myself up yesterday and I almost didn't today. In the end I was able to wake up and get the back and bicep workout in. Still on track to get my 3 in. Thats still the goal right now.

Didn't want to get up this morning at 5. Thought it was useless and it didn't really matter anyway. Fought that feeling and was able to overcome it this time and put in my chest and tri workout.
