Since you dont seem to have given any specific problems ill give u some general advice! If you burn yourself and it is a first or second degree burn do NOT put cold water on it! put lukewarm water on it! If you put cold water it will blister and make it worse! Also do not apply burn cream unless it is a first degree burn :) for a sunburn, which is similar to a first degree burn, apply aloe. If you get a 3rd degree burn, call 911 immediately as you cannot treat it at home!
Another tip! Wearing wet/damp socks can cause blisters.
If possible, while hiking or walking far, wear 2 pairs of socks and take preventative measures against blisters. If you feel something starting to rub against ur skin apply a bandaid THEN instead of after the blister forms <3
