IT is an adaptation of the classic horror movie by Stephen King, which follows a terrifying clown terrorizing a suburban town by murdering the local children.š¤”šŖ Itās been a while since weāve had a great horror movie in theaters. It's creepy, terrifying, and dark while also being very fun & enjoyable. It also has lighthearted & funny moments that tie the whole movie together to make it such an exciting movie. Bill SkarsgĆ„rd was terrifyingly brilliant as Pennywise the Clown. If you weren't afraid of clowns before this movie, you'll definitely think they're creepy afterwards.š¤” Every kid in the film stood out, and I'm glad they all got the about the same amount of screen time & development throughout the film. I personally really liked Eddie, Richie, & Ben. Richie (aka Finn Wolfhard from Stranger Things) deserves a special shoutout for being responsible for most of the fun, light-heartedness of the movie, and itās remarkable that he improvised a lot of his lines.šš¼ Speaking of Stranger Things, I really liked that IT gave off the same vibe that the show does: creepiness & horror perfectly mixed with nostalgia & fun. IT definitely has very dark & disturbing elements to it rather than just scary, but it wasntā too disturbing that it takes away from he actual movie/story. The movie didn't hold back on the darkness or violence, which I expected to happen since the victims were children; in fact it had scarier and creepier death scenes than most of the horror movies I've ever watched. It made the film scarier and more intriguing. I think there were a few aspects of the movie that felt out of place and things that couldāve been slightly better, but I donāt want to elaborate on them because Iād spoil the movie for those that havenāt seen it. TL:DR: IT is a very fun, creepy, and scary movie; if youāre into horror movies and stuff like Stranger Things, youāll really enjoy it. IT is the perfect movie to watch in theaters now, especially considering the spookiness of autumn. 8/10āļø

Episode Review: Stranger Things (Season 2)
I was equal parts excited and unsure about season 2.Ā I wanted it to be just as good as the first season and so many times shows arenāt able to hold onto to whatever makes it special.
I shouldnāt have worried because season 2 was just as good as season 1, the only real negative thing was that I missed the boys/girls hanging and interacting more with each other.
Dustin was my favorite from season 1 and heās stillĀ my favorite because heās so amazing.
