Started the year sicker than I'd been in a long time, probably since my diagnosis. I really did think I was going to end up in hospital. Started new medication, home injections and once I started to get back to stable enough health again I just tried my best to stick to the new years resolution that I make every year; try and be healthier than last year!

Fucking hell am I happy with what I managed this year - especially considering how sick I was! I did 123 skips (jump rope) every single day for 2 months in July/August, and raised £130 for Crohn's and Colitis UK, taking inspiration from Käärijä to be more open about my disease! and just try my best <3 If he can do it - I can!!!!

Got some hospital time booked in next year and some stuff to work through but I'm trying my best <333

As you saw earlier - I completed my couch to 5k!!! Oh my god, I never in a million years thought I'd be able to run non stop for 30 minutes but I did it!

Apart from fitness stuff, I kept on learning Scottish Gaelic and Finnish and while I'm still a beginner, I'm so impressed with how far I've come with them. Chatting away in language servers with other people has been so cool! If you're Finnish please hmu to chat in the most basic way 😂😂

I got my full Scottish trad dress stuff and wore my full kilt gear as best man to my friends wedding :D

I finished one of my big fanfics, and this year I managed to write 63,411 words on ao3 and did loads on my patreon too! I am so happy with that <3

I finished reading the witcher books, and then I read 2 more books with @artistsfuneral; honestly I can't express how proud I am for reading this much this year and I owe it all to them <3. They've been such an amazing wee pal to me all year and you wouldn't believe how motivating they are haaha. They've been such an amazing friend and put up with so much of my infodumping of witcher and Hannibal they deserve a rest 😂😂💖💖

Went to lots of cool concerts, football games, Scotland qualified for the world cup!!!! and sooooo many more cool events to come next year INCLUDING KÄÄRIJÄ.

Got to say, highlight of the year was meeting Joey Batey. Omg I nearly fainted when I met him I could barely speak 😂 I have the picture of us together framed >.<

Anyway thank you for listening to my yapping, I want to finally just say thank you to everyone on here who reads my stories, listens to my songs, supports me on Patreon, gives me the nicest sweetest comments ever on my work - thank you. From the bottom of my heart, I cannot even begin to express the joy in my heart that your support gives me. To be able to create stuff and share that with the world, and feel like it's been well received is literally all I want in this world. Writing, recording, making music, all of this stuff is where I want to be forever haha. It's where I'm happiest. I cannot say thank you enough to every single one of you.
