important questions to keep in mind for kfp4:
how involved are oriental dreamworks in this project this time? is it the same level of involvement as the third movie/more/less?
how involved are the panda characters in this movie? in terms of story function they’ve already served their purpose, but explaining them away might be even weirder considering their emotional weight. i can imagine them cutting it down to all but the important panda characters (ie. li shan and maybe mei mei)
after kai, how do you escalate the stakes? po essentially died (albeit its a g-rated, oogway ascends-styled death) so it’s hard to go further than that
what new locale will be seen and what part of china will it be based on?
