@fieary​      ⋮⋮      sunset eyes fall troubled between two options — she’d never been the most decisive, despite the sure way she tends to carry herself. a huff, and she holds up the items, one per hand, and turns so swiftly, her uniform skirt fans out in a subtle twirl. “ asu-chan, i need your help. which top would look better on me? yellow or pink? ” despite being the senior in this situation, haruka’s face rounds into a childish pout. “ it’s really important! ”

asu-chan ,    it’s  a  nickname  that’s  grown  on  her  over  the  years ,   but  it  didn’t  stop  it  from  being  any  less  embarrassing.  she’d  tried  to  correct  her  many  times ,   polietly  insisting  that  it  was  okay  to  just  call  asuka  by  her  given  name.    tenjoin  would  sound  too  formal.    but  even  that  didn’t  stick  around  long ,   so  after  awhile  she  just  ..   got  used  to  it.    sighing  to  herself ,   ignoring  the  pink  hues  that  garnished  her  cheeks ,   she  takes  a  look  at  haruka  for  what  felt  like  the  tenth  time  today.   it  wasn’t  a  surprise  that  her  senior  gathered  a  crowd  no  matter  where  she  went ,    both  beautiful  and  bubbly  in  spirit ,   it  was  almost  like  having  fubuki  around  and ,   really ,    it  was  no  surprise  those  two  got  along  so  well.

sho   felt   heat   flood   to   his   cheeks   -   tinting   them   red.      turning   away   from   the   girls   gaze   eyes   focusing   on   the   path   ahead   of   them   -   oh   man.      why   did   it   have   to   be   him   ?   if   juudai   was   here   at   least   then   he’d   distract   her   with   conversation.   he   was   so   much   better   at   talking   with   girls   !   no   matter   how   cute   they   were   -   he   never   seemed   to   get   flustered   at   all.      he   on   the   other   hand   -   had   been   avoiding   talking   at   all   on   their   walk   to   the   library.   if   he   did   -   well   -   he’d   fumble   over   his   words.   or   stutter   -   or   say   something   stupid.   then   she’d   never   want   to   talk   to   him   again   !   yeah.   that’s   what   would   happen.      but   then   -   if   he   said   nothing.   he’d   just   look   rude   -   oh   man.   

❛     it’ll take more then that to scare me off .  he can think and bark however he wants .  he might implode if he doesn’t let his ego run .  hot air and all .     ❜    she amuses herself ,  snorting lightly without breaking gaze from the passing clouds .  seiko isn’t as bothered as her narrowed eyes make her out to be ,  though she has to resist rubbing at her temples. people like that just have her a headache .  still .  she can’t help but take a second glance at the girl sitting beside her . another obelisk .  ah , but she simply bites at those thoughts of her , shaking them away before bitterness took hold .     

like a deer caught in headlights .  he maintains composure enough that he isn’t jumping at her sudden appearance ,  instead turning sharply to his side where she currently stood .  a taste of his own medicine ,  it seemed .  that same mischievous glint in her eyes mirrored his own during the late festivities .  he was infamous for starting the majority of mistletoe mishaps with his early plotting and master handling of the decor surrounding the school .  yet ,  there’s something about her disposition that has him smiling sheepishly in response , instead of taking credit where it was due .
