in this scene wol talks with ardbert (with the screen fading out), then goes to sleep. when they wake up we see that the whole basket is empty: this implies wol ate a basket of fourteen sandwiches in one sitting didn’t even put some on the side of later or anything do you know how hungry you’d have to be to eat fourteen sandwiches like that.

My fc and I have discovered a Family Feud mod for Tabletop sim, and we're trying to poll folks on certain things. If you have the spare time, please fill this out!

Loved her design, boss fight, music, everything! I honestly feel ffxiv has some of the best character designs out there in games.

And Wayward daughter is one of my favourite tracks out there, along with many other FFXIV music.

Well, for what it's worth, I remember people talking about it back then and because I saw their concerns I didn't buy the outfit from the store and have never used any of the glam pieces (even through crimes).

Maybe not many people listened. But I listened. Maybe not many people will listen this time. But some will listen and learn.

But I don't think that's true. I think maybe we all need to learn to expand our horizons a bit on a regular basis. The fandom is much larger than your personal space within it. It's easy to get comfortable with your personal discord circle of friends in the fandom and start thinking that's the center of it all. But there are so many people out there you've never encountered. It takes some effort to go out there and unveil more of it, but it's worth it.

People come and go in fandom. It's sad if the reason is that they had a bad experience. But you can (and will) have a bad experience with other people in any part of life. Turnover and change is part of interacting and forming relationships with other humans and something I believe it's best to learn to accept and even embrace.

I'm not saying one shouldn't be upset by being copied or the fear of being accused of copying. Those things are natural. I'm not really trying to address the "plagiarism" at all. (I honestly think it's just an inherent risk of sharing creatively online and you either have to learn to accept the risk or avoid it, whichever is healthier for you.) But there was definitely a fear-mongering aspect to both of those post which I feel is far more detrimental to the fandom than the possibility that someone will copy you or accuse you of copying.
