just a curiosity: when do you think Natasha O'Keefe and Lizzie will get what they deserve and have the chance to reach their full potential as actress/character? Because I've been waiting for so long ffs
Oh anon, I’m not sure she’ll ever get what she deserves (which is a shedload more screen time, a storyline that doesn’t involve someone’s penis wanting her and a generally fantastic wardrobe). I do hope the women’s strike plays a part in s4 and that she’s a part of that which would neuter the second issue; it’s possible. I do worry that Tommy finally realising that what he really wanted was in front of him all along might be her fate: it would involve creative use of steps (like the Epsom scene), Lizzie deciding she’s had enough of heels, and a lot of one character sitting while the other stands to hide the height difference lol (apparently Natasha and Cillian are the same height but I’ll believe that when I see them standing next to each other barefoot). I hear you about Natasha and her potential, she’s gorgeous, but tbh I don’t think any of the actors except Cillian get enough time on screen to really flesh out their characters and it’s a real shame because the casting for Peaky, from Aimee-Ffion Edwards to Tony Pitts, is flawless.Â
