This doe often struggles with discerning whether it a) wants to do things, b) needs to do things or c) thinks that it wants/needs to do things.
It tried something new just now: It opened a note on its phone, just writing down its "ideal day" for this weekend (today, tomorrow and Monday). Just bullet points about what it feels like doing. Without thinking.
It found out that it is doing so much more than just "lazing around" as it always thinks it is doing. Without worrying and overthinking, it has written down a single "lazy day" for recovery, then a day of going to the city and meeting its family and a day of grocery shopping and cleaning chores.
It does a lot and it wants to do a lot - but without visualising it, it constantly feels like this doe is wasting its off-day because it doesn't do "big things".
It will continue with the "Ideal Days" bullet point writing. It takes a lot of mental load off.
i have a huge headache and dont feel like going to the gym tonight its been 2 weeks! ive been enjoying my vacation a little too much! lol
I’m feeling lazy today, so I hope all you guys, gals, non-binary pals, and everything in between don’t mind if I just upload my midterm exam for my Digital Art/Animations class last year for this years Almost Christmas.
I only have 20 house plants...small flower garden out front, small flower and herbs in the back + a small raised bed. Already 😫 about taking care of this shit...

I know I need to start writing chapter 23.

I know the outline by heart.
But I have never felt so darn lazy like this before.
