So consider your escape routes - where do you run for healing, for refreshment, for relaxation? Where does your hand automatically drift in your free time? What do you binge? But hold on, before that strident-voiced inner critic jumps in ready to peel apart your confidence with sharp fingernails, remember that you are loved. Don’t throw your soul into a fad diet, but do feed it with the mindfulness of a wise parent. Whatever is true, noble, right, pure, admirable, beautiful, and strong - feast on such things!
