Listen, I'm not going to tell you that it's definitively better than the Haslab one, but I am going to tell you that, adjusted for inflation, it still only cost me £56.

Soundwave with some minicons... which he can't interact with in any meaningful way because practically none of the larger toys can.

One thing I always loved about RiD Prime was that his gun is just a pistol. It's not a great big ion blaster cannon, just a sidearm for emergencies. He doesn't need a bigger gun, he's got a great big suit of battle armour for when things get serious.
Plus I love the little wheel on it. You can imagine it turning and clicking into place with every shot, losing up the next one.

All RiDs are valid!
RiD Gigatron/Megatron* is such a wild toy. A hojollian different alt modes, most of which are rubbish, though I'll admit a soft spot for the dragon and jet modes. And that robot mode is just pure and utter blinged-out magnificence. This is the first drag queen emperor of destruction, and I am very much up for it.
*There aren't many cases where I'll take the Japanese name over the international one, but this is one. What's so Megatron-y about this guy? Let him be his own man.
Two absolute faves, toys I still feel a bit proud of owning. The Legacy versions of both Scourge and Side Burn left me somewhat cold, but these two bring me unbridled joy. Can't believe I've left it this late to get them on camera, to be honest. FebRIDary has but a week left!
More FebRIDary crossovers? What a way to end the grand celebration!
(Shame Sideswipe's toy kinda sucks, but there's a small grain of charm there nonetheless)
