She's 17 years old and lives on her own, in a small little cottage in the woods on the edge of her hometown. She likes to wander around and explore the woods she calls home, along the river that divides the forest and on the mountain hiking trails. She's usually seen holding her bug net and several clear plastic containers strapped over her body, she likes catching bugs, birds and small critters and keeps them as temporary pets, eventually letting them back into the wild. Her mother is a witch, and a powerful one at that, and couldn't wait until McKenna would leave. You see, McKenna has a uniquely difficult ability, she is a "Magic Mute". Her presence completely snuffs out magical energy within 30 feet of her. It makes her perfect for hiding from monsters or other magical people, because their powers are useless near her. That said, she does have an extensive knowledge of the magical world and monsters, and knows how to defend against them, and keep them out of town. Overall, McKenna is a quiet person, generally keeps to herself and rarely ventures into town unless she needs to get groceries or pay her gas bill. She's most familiar, and on friendly terms with the manager at the general goods store, and the forest and game rangers who patrol the forests on the other side of the river. McKenna is mine~
