The Specials Board Recipes
Ok so enough of you have asked for how to make the drinks that Iâm writing this up.Â
For all the hot drinks: steam to between 140 and 160ÂşF (Iâm sorry people in celsius countries, youâll just have to google the conversion; you donât want to go over 180 because curdling).Â
If you donât have access to a steaming wand, I think you could probably heat the milk on the stovetop, but you wonât get it to foam really.Â
Weâre using US shot glasses which are about 1.5 oz.Â
Also, we use the Torani syrup brand (not trying to market them, they just make good stuff), but if you have access to these flavors in other brands theyâd probably work.

-8 oz of apple cider with a shot of Maple (flavored Torani) Syrup, steamed
-Fill cup halfway with coffee. Add 1 shot of Butter Rum Syrup to 4 oz of milk and steam. Add to the coffee and stir.

Best Friend Sundae (Ransom and Holster)
-Fill a cup up with ice cream, then add to the blender. Fill a shot glass halfway with Tiramisu Syrup and the rest of the way with Cheesecake Syrup, and add to the blender. Fill the blender with enough milk that it can blend easily, and pour.
