Can anyone help me with the vault 118 glitch where the door doesnt open and it disables VATS? I really have no idea but all my save files previous to that are one so i cant go back and i cant turn off collision with only an xbox.

I'm in the Mass Bay Medical Center and got into a hugefight with about 10 gunners and a Mr. Gutsy before going inside, so I know this place is overrun with gunners but the only issue is I've been in the building for 12 minutes and I've seen none. Not a single gunner. I have heard an Assaultron talk about "detecting" my movements but I can't find it. There isn't even any red blips on my scale. Please help me. I fear for my life.

If I failed to support the recon team in Semper Invicta can I still go through with Danse’s personal quests? I haven’t got the Blind Betrayal quest yet, that’s why I ask. 

Alright - I’m in a bit of trouble. I can’t remember who it was, but something happened while I was playing Fallout 4.  I think I was going to take Piper with me to Goodneighbor, and I had Nick as my companion at the time. When I sent him somewhere, I could have sworn I pressed circle by accident to dismiss him to his agency.  Problem is, when I went back to get him, he’s not there. I asked for advice from my friends who have played further into the game than I have (I know the endings, no spoilers here) and they just suggested sleeping for a week then visiting all my settlements, etc.... But he’s literally no where to be found, even after the most recent PS4 patch. I’m kind of worried - I really don’t want to restart my game but?? What else am I supposed to do to find him?
